Foxhill is a small, friendly but very professional almost exclusive guesthouse with 4 individualy styled guest rooms in an ideal setting for either a weekend of activities or just an away from it all couple of days. Sue and Chris have thought of everything to make your time with them a memorable experience you will want to repeat again and again. Fox Hill is ideally located in the heart of "idyllic village territory" - only 8 miles from Cheltenham, 7 miles from Stow on the Wold, 4 from Bourton on the Water, 15 from Cirencester but off the beaten track enough that you really do get to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.

Our Westfield Shooting Ground is on the doorstep - so you may want to include one of our competitions as one of your activities during the weekend (more on Westfield Shooting Ground & Calendar) or perhaps you would like to have a go at shooting for the first time with some one-to-one shooting tuition tailored to your timescales, abilities and budgets.

For the equestrian minded there are 3 stables for your horses and plenty of grazing and parking for the trailers. Miles and miles of excellent hacking territory on your doorstep and 3 superb hunts. Local facilities include racehorse trainers gallops, outdoor schools, cross country course and equestrian swimming pool. Hacking is wonderful and maps of rides are available.
A beautiful golf course is only a mile down the road, trout lakes within 5 miles (cook what you catch on Fox Hill's BBQ in the Garden!), there is even biking and paintballing for the adventurous.

The shop-aholics amongst you may prefer a few hours in Cheltenham or Cirencester or relax at Le Spa in Cirencester for some well earned pampering, this can all be arranged on your behalf.

No weekend is complete without good food and drink which is why Chris ensures each day begins with a gourmet Full English breakfast served in the conservatory overlooking the picturesque gardens and adjoining countryside. Lunch and Dinner can be found at any one of a number of excellent pubs and restaurants around - leave your car at Foxhill if you prefer to drink - Sue and Chris provide a courtesy 'taxi service' in their brand new Jaguar to your venue of choice so you really can relax knowing every detail is in hand.

A double room including full english breakfast will cost £60 per room per night (£55 per night if staying more than one night). Shooting tuition will cost £45 per person to include use of guns and all necessary safety protection, 50 clays and 50 cartridges. The Westfield Competition is a 100 bird day with £20 for birds only or £30 to enter the competition - which has a prize fund of £700!
